Support Groups:
A great way to become involved with the school community is to volunteer.
Depending on your availability and interests, the opportunities are endless. In addition to PTA, Site Council, fundraising, and social activity volunteers, parents are much appreciated and always welcome in our classrooms.
Take a look at our list of volunteer positions and see if one fits; if not, make up another, or have a talk to your child's teacher. Becoming involved with the school gives teachers and parents the added advantage of communicating without having to rely on the standard parent-teacher meetings.
